Appointment Scheduling & Policy
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. To schedule or reschedule an appointment, please call us at (334) 209-6555.
Insurance & Payment Information
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and most commercial insurance providers. To pay your copays/coinsurance or deductibles, or for cash pay patients, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also have affordable financing options available via CareCredit (click for more information).
